Tom brings three decades of construction and development expertise spanning both public and private portfolios, with experience across a diverse range of asset classes including land, office, senior housing, and hotel development. His breadth of experience gives him a rare, multi-dimensional perspective on the full development lifecycle — from raw land through completed, value-added assets.
Before joining the team, Tom spent nine formative years with Gerald Hines Interests in Houston, one of the most respected names in real estate development worldwide. That experience instilled in him a rigorous, institutional approach to development that he has carried throughout his career and now brings to bear for JW Group.
As Executive Vice President, Tom’s role is both strategic and hands-on. He directs the entitlement process and organizes the development team’s efforts, ensuring that every acquisition is positioned to maximize value from the ground up. His ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, align stakeholders, and drive projects forward with precision makes him an indispensable asset to the group’s development pipeline.
