Before real estate, Richard spent over 25 years as an operator and leader across seven high-tech software startups, with a track record that includes multiple successful exits and two IPOs. In 2017, he made a deliberate pivot — joining forces with Joe Williams to apply that same entrepreneurial rigor to commercial real estate investment and development.

Today, Richard leads the group’s day-to-day operations, overseeing asset management and entitlement efforts, ensuring each project is positioned for long-term value creation from acquisition through development.
