Kris specializes in legacy land and investment property brokerage across Colorado and the Texas Triangle, representing commercial clients and clients where the land itself is the crown jewel driving long-term value, optionality, business, and wealth preservation. Her work often centers on properties with a commercial or income component, including medical, hospitality, retreat, and other land-forward assets where business operations and real estate value intersect.

As both a broker and an active investor, Kris brings firsthand experience in how sophisticated buyers evaluate, capitalize, and manage real assets. Her approach goes beyond transactions — helping clients think strategically about acquisition, positioning, and long-term wealth creation.

Outside of real estate, Kris enjoys skiing, spending time in the mountains with her husband and two daughters, and has summited Mt. Whitney, the tallest peak in the continental U.S. — twice.
