Darrell holds a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso and brings years of hands-on expertise in development, investment, and commercial real estate to every engagement.

Currently, he is overseeing the development of over 800 acres across three properties in the Texas Hill Country, with deep expertise in City Development Agreements, incentives, bonding, and mixed-use development. He also recently served as Vice President of Development with a firm managing over $200 million in assets across the Austin MSA.

As a commercial agent, Darrell offers far more than transactional expertise. Most of his closings involve off-market tracts with exit strategies already in place — and when clients approach him about listing a property, he frequently already has a buyer, or will acquire it himself. Whether the need is hotel, multifamily, commercial, or residential lots, Darrell brings educated, strategic guidance to every deal — particularly for those looking at land as a long-term investment in the Texas Hill Country.

Outside of work, Darrell is devoted to his family, faith, and passions. He and his wife Tammy travel frequently to visit their children and grandchildren on the West Coast and in London. An active member of Austin Baptist Church, he sings in the choir and serves as a deacon. When he’s not closing deals, you’ll find him in the cockpit, on the golf course, or indulging his love of Italian cars and Formula 1 racing.
